At first glance I thought you posted a machine made rug. It appears very sharp and well made. I too read 1287 from the left image. I cannot make out the right side image. The usage of the proper colors harmonizing together is breath taking.

Edit: upon further review of the right image, it to appears to have the identical date in a less detailed form and backwards.
