Looks like no one has a solid opinion, so I'll give you one that is worth exactly what it costs: Based on two factors I would call this a recent Qashqai piece, and if not Qashqai then from somewhere around Shiraz.
Factor 1) The "barber pole" selvage on the sides is quite typical of Qashqai work
Factor 2) The incredibly bright colors are not uncommon in recent semi-nomadic Qashqai work and from Fars and around Shiraz in particular.
