Hi Manouchehr,
Thanks for posting the lovely views of the Seyyed Mosque. It would be terrific if you posted other images from Isfahan and elsewhere in Iran. Adding to Turkotek's file of Traveler's Reports allows some of us to get a glimpse of places we have long wanted to see. These are a welcome addition. Regards, Joel Greifinger |

Well, Manouchehr, since you ask…
This is a website devoted to rug enthusiasts and collectors. There is, without any doubt, a connection between Islamic architecture - the sight of which I always enjoy - and motifs in carpets, but if you could post images more centered on the subject of rugs it would be better. ![]() Thanks, Filiberto |

Hi all,
I posted images of a horse cover to discuss, also will send images of a Khamseh khorjin that looks like it is in good condition. It may never have been used it, but it is dated. Regards Manouchehr |

The images are very pertinent to us rug lovers. There is a close connection to Islamic art, architecture, design and understanding rug iconography. The arched entrances and the arches depicted with multiple tiles illustrate the arches on so-called prayer rugs - which aren't really "prayer rugs", but examples of Islamic architecture. I, for one, would love to see more of your images. The other suggestions about life in bazaars and medinas would also be welcome. Thank you, Manouchehr.
